Lunch Cost : Free for 2020 members and $5 for non-members to partake in this sumptuous feast. Please have your new 2020 member tag for your free lunch.

Fun

Secret Santa is on! This is optional, but what you need to do is bring a $15 gift to buy into the game, we’ll keep swapping presents with a twist until everyone has something different 😀

We’ll also have a raffle running for some awesome club merch and car related products, so bring some spare change along to buy your ticket.

This event finishes up at a park to feel free to pack your frisbee’s, cricket sets, drones or whatever.

NSWSC 2020 Membership

You don’t need to be a member of the club to attend any of our events, but if you join the club you’re supporting a organisation that’s sole purpose is to put on awesome car and social events for like minded people.

With the rising cost of everything, including 98 and E85, NSW Supra Club membership cost remains flat and great value at $30 for the 2020 year.

Your 2020 membership gives you affiliation to a CAMS club for your motorsport needs. Discounts on club events and merchandise (your 2019 membership paid for itself a few times over if you came to dyno day, track day or the motorkhana) and great discounts from our sponsors on their products and services.

We’ll have new membership cards for 2020 ready to go on the day and can accept cash or card payments.

The Formal Stuff (AGM)

Folks often forget NSW Supra Club is a formally incorporated club in NSW, this means we need to hold an AGM every calendar year and vote in a committee for 2020.

This is an opportunity to get involved in the club, either by voting on some of the bigger items planned for next year eg. CAMS membership and track days or joining the committee and helping make the club awesome for all our members for a year.

Nominations close 29th of November for Committee positions, we’d love to have some new committee members onboard, please drop us a PM on Facebook or email to admin [at] nswsupraclub.org if you’re interested. Roles include Vice President, Treasurer, Social Media & Regular Committee Members.

Ideally at any time there’ll be some members from the previous committee so if you’re new to the committee you’ll have all the support you need to be successful.

Gentle reminder that without a committee, there is no formal club. We need at least 6 committee members onboard to be viable. So if you’ve enjoyed the events you attended this year please consider joining the committee in 2020.

You’ll need to have joined NSWSC with a 2020 membership on the day to vote or be eligible for a committee position (see post above). If you can’t make the event and wanted to run for a committee role please drop us a PM and we can discuss postal vote options.
