You asked for more Motorsport events – well here you go !

NSW Supra Club is partnering up with Track Day Club to bring you a day full of fun at Wakefield Park ! We have booked an entire session on the day, spaces are limited and we have to provide driver & vehicle details by the 29th of March.

Please email admin@nswsupraclub.org with your name, membership number (if you have one) and car details if you are interested in participating. We will send out bank details once the drivers have been confirmed. Supras will have first priority but we aren’t saying no to other cars.

We anticipate to push out 6-7 sessions of 10-12 minutes throughout the course of the day. This would ultimately provide each driver with over 40 laps of Wakefield Park’s 2.2km track ! We are able to offer our club members discounted pricing on tickets for this event, thanks to the support of our sponsor, Phil Gilbert Toyota.

Members: $200
Non-Members: $265 (Full Track Day Club pricing)
Second drivers/passengers: FREE

Extras – There is a one off License cost, per driver, payable to AASA. It is $25 for a day license or $75 for twelve months license. A valid CAMs License L2S or higher is also accepted, however it must be sighted on the day.

We will arrange a pre-meet & cruise down to Wakefield together as it gets closer, but we really want to get this one in your calendars sooner rather than later !

When: Saturday 18th May 2019 at Wakefield Park

7:30am: Gates open

8:00am: The Track walk is up. Our driver coach will take you for an informative and fun walk of the track and share the characteristics and more importantly, the best lines round the 2.2km’s of track that is, Wakefield Park.

8:30am: Head to the tower and sign-in and have your session allocated. Each driver will be allocated to a session on the basis of their track driving experience and vehicle type. A non-transferrable coloured wristband will be issued to identify the session each driver belongs to.

8:45am Compulsory Drivers Briefing for all participants covering the track rules, signals, etiquette and the itinerary for the day ahead. Yes, it’s compulsory. If you’re late, you will still have to go through the Drivers Briefing before getting on track.

9:00am Track time commences. Orientation and passenger laps up first. Each session typically runs for around 12 minutes before the next session begins. Listen for your session to be called and get ready to head to the marshalling area. Your consecutive sessions throughout the day will alternate between driver-timed laps and driver-with-passenger un-timed laps. That’s more than 40 laps in a day ! Please note we have a 95db limit in force.

The Track Day Club coffee boost is also available from 9am to midday. The perfect spot to meet up and share mods and laughs over a brew and something deliciously homemade and sweet.

4:00pm Track time ends. Time to pack up and head home !
